When it’s your child’s birthday and you’re throwing a party, you know you have to step up. All the bells and whistles need to make an appearance, and then some. Which is why the kids of celebrities are no exception. These parents know how to pull out all the stops, the bigger, the brighter, the sweeter – the better.
Rainbows and Sunshine
Alyson Hannigan’s daughter Sati had the cutest “Over the Rainbow” cake. Decorate by none other than the celebrity bakers over at Charm City Cakes. Custom tiered cakes just start at $600 and their 3D sculptural cakes start at $1000. So unless you’ve got some serious cash in the bank, this isn’t the place for you.
Princess Blue Ivy
Not only is this cake amazing but the entire birthday party was insane. There was also ice cream, lots more food and balloons, plus an entertainer who made balloon animals. Sounds pretty normal, right? Well, the celebrity guest list is mind boggling. Kelly Rowland and Chris Martin were in attendance just to name a couple.
Royalty Of Course
Grier is the daughter of model and actress Brooke Shields, so of course she received a birthday celebration fit for royalty of course. Just look at this beautiful, multi-tiered, quilted fondant cake. It’s a thing of beauty.
Mr. Robot
Luca Duff, is the adorable son of Hilary Duff, and he absolutely loves robots! So of course, Hilary pulled out all the stops and had this awesome cake made.
Princess Castle
When your daughter loves all the Disney princesses, you gotta deliver. And that’s just what Jennifer Freedman did for her daughter Isabella. (love the name!) We should mention that the birthday bash was princess and pirate themed, it also had a ball pit with a slide, bouncer, dance floor, as well as an appearance by Cinderella, who painted the children’s faces.
Bunny Wabbit
When Haven asked papa Cash Warren and mama Jessica Alba for a pink birthday cake, she got more than she wished for. This bunny cake is too cute for words.
Blue and Yellow Zebras
Nick and Vanessa Lachey celebrated their son’s first birthday in style. The cupcake cake is not too big nor too small. It has swirls of blue and yellow plus a rather adorable zebra.
Cowboy Up
Mason is son of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, his second birthday was totally cowboy-themed. How someone got a cake to form in the shape of a cowboy hat is beyond me.
Ninja Turtles
Model Gisele Bundchen and footballer Tom Brady’s son Benjamin is a massive fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. So of course as parents they’re going to deliver. No matter how much money is in the bank. Especially a Michelangelo cake.
Minnie Mouse
North West had the greatest birthday cake, well it was more like some massive cupcakes surrounded by an even bigger Minnie Mouse treat. But still, this is precious.
Ruffles Everywhere
Jenny Keller totally made the cake that Bill Horn and Scout Masterson were dreaming of. This ruffled pink and purple cake for their daughter Simone’s second birthday is jaw dropping gorgeous.
A bit of this, a bit of that
Aww, mama Selma Blair has themed her one year old’s cake with all her favorite things: Winnie the Pooh, dachshunds, rubber ducks, and blueberries. According to Blair, her daughter only ate the blueberries and nothing else. Typical.
Carousel
Lorenzo celebrated his first birthday with the greatest carousel birthday cake. The whole birthday party was themed as a circus with all the traditional carnival treats including hot dogs and hamburgers, plus there were carnival games and animals everywhere.
Colors of the Rainbow
Tori Spelling’s daughter, Stella, celebrated her fifth birthday with a five tier birthday cake. Plus Tinkerbell was at the party and there lots of face painting. They got the cake from Hansen’s Cakes, who are the ultimate cake makers in Hollywood. It’s definitely a birthday bash she’ll never forget.
Outer Space
This is hilarious. Pink’s daughter just loves Matt Damon. So for Willow’s 5th birthday, mama brought her dreams to life. The cake features an astronaut sitting on Mars and if you look closely enough, you can see that the face in the space helmet belongs to The Martian star Matt Damon.
