Layer 1: Put in your dressing, whatever kind you want! Honestly, it could just be some oil with pepper and other seasoning. By adding in dressing on the bottom, you keep the other ingredients dry longer instead of them getting soggy.
(You could also prepare the dressing before you eat it and apply then! This depends on your preference)

Layer 2: Put in your crisp vegetables like, cucumbers, red onion, peppers, carrots, etc. Again, add whatever fits your needs and desires.

Layer 3: Here is where you add things that would not do well soaked in dressing. So add in your beans, peans, broccoli, lentils, mushrooms, etc.

Layer 4: As you build your way up, you can add delicate ingredients. Now, add cheese, eggs, etc.

Layer 5: Almost done! Add in pasta, rice, quinoa, couscous, whatever you prefer!

Layer 6: Finally, the ultimate layer. This is your topping with greens (spinach, lettuce, arugula) and maybe nuts or seeds on the very top! Congrats, you made it!

1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 zucchinis- make sure the ends are trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch strips

This great recipe comes from AllRecipes’ website. Now, if your child(ren) want something a bit tasty or hey, even adults too, this is for them. You get a fun side while still eating veggies.

First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line your baking sheet with foil. Don’t forget to spray it with non stick cooking spray! You’re going to stir the cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, you can whisk the two eggs. Now, dip your zucchini strips into the egg first but remove excess so it doesn’t drip. Next you can roll them in the bread crumb mix and line them up on the baking sheet. Put them in the oven and they should turn crisp and a golden color in about 20 to 24 minutes. Enjoy!

We got this lovely recipe from Tastemade!

For the bars, you need 24 Oreos and 4 tablespoons of butter (melted or soft). Mix all the ingredients together with a food processor and pulse until smooth. If you don’t have a food processor, you can put the ingredients in a ziploc and smash them with a rolling pin. Finally, press the mixture into a 9 in, square pan that you have already lined with parchment before storing in the fridge to harden.

To make a filling for the bars, you need 8 ounces of white chocolate chopped up and 6 ounces of room temperature cream cheese, along with 12 Oreos. Then, melt the chocolate as you stir in increments. (Microwave works fine for this step). Then beat the cream cheese and gradually add it to the white chocolate and then fold in the 12 chopped Oreos. You’ll spread this over you Oreo base evenly.

Optional: Add 6 chopped up Oreos and a chocolate drizzle from 4 ounces of melted dark chocolate on the top. You can do this once you chill the Oreo dessert for around 2 hours.
