Maybe Calista Flockhart’s words will have some affect on your confusion about her love life. Apparently she teases Ford about his age and said, “I remember thinking: ‘This is ridiculous, he’s way too old for me, I’m way too young.’ But you can’t help who you fall in love with, and I fell in love with him. It might be an issue in the future, but as of now, it really hasn’t been.” That’s so wonderful to hear! We’re happy that 22 years of difference does not stand in the way of their love.

Although their relationship ended in 2016, it’s worth recapping. JLO spent five years dating actor Casper Smart, 18 years her junior. Casper defended the couple back when they were dating, saying, “Age, status, and opinions of others are irrelevant. Our hearts are endless and our souls infinite…Ages are mere reminders of the hours logged on this earth and the precious time remaining.” Poetic. Sadly, the two did not last.
