Rob Reiner’s When Harry Met Sally is still one of the best romcoms out there! Harry, played by Billy Crystal, says to Sally, played by Meg Ryan, “I would be proud to partake of your pecan pie.” That was actually never in the script by Nora Ephron! Although Meg Ryan couldn’t help laughing and Rob Reiner enjoyed the line as well. There you have it!

To train for his role in The Dark Knight, Heath Ledger used method acting. Although he did not invent a line that became iconic, he did improvise something else. Maybe you recall that moment he responded to Commissioner Gordon’s promotion. (Gordon was played by Gary Oldman.) That slow, sarcastic clap by Ledger was done completely on his own accord. Ugh, RIP Heath!
