Hard Times
Though it must have been nice to take a break from Hollywood following his tumultuous childhood, more hard times were ahead of him. He found his way into the spotlight in 2014 when he had an incident with Oklahoma City police. He got caught with 32 milligrams of Klonopin, 16.5 milligrams of Xanax and more than 17 milligrams of marijuana. This was definitely a low point for the actor.

After being caught carrying so many illegal substances, the actor was facing legal charges, forever on his record. Luckily, he posted the $4,000 bail and only spent some time in jail. At first, he pleaded not guilty until later switching to guilty. In addition to a year delayed prison sentence, he was fined a total of $540. The trial took place from October 2004 until June the following year. All the while, he was attempting a come back in Hollywood.
