Filmed On Real Ships

Now, for many fans, they never knew the main ship JAG used for filming was in fact the USS Forrestal (CV-59). At the time of the show, that was a working training carrier. Of course, many other Navy Nimitz-class carriers appeared on JAG during the course of the show. Others include the USS John F. Kennedy, USS Enterprise and USS Saratoga. Often, they gave the ships fake names like, the Seahawk or the Reprisal.
