Comic artists Maya and Yehuda Devir became well known for their adorable and hilarious illustrations about their lives together that they shared online. Their webcomic series One of Those Days has been ongoing since 2016, with the couple sharing at least one comic per week to the series on Instagram, through their many accounts: @jude_devir, @maya_devir, and @oneof_thosedays. They’ve documented their lives together through the series, starting from living together and navigating life as new parents. On the series, they said:  “We don’t illustrate moments that didn’t happen to us because otherwise it would harm the authenticity of the story.” While Yehuda is the main illustrator, Maya works as art director and works on concept, composition, color choices, and also reviewer. Since becoming parents, they’ve shared funny moments with their kids Ariel and Ethan, and with such relatable comics, they have managed to accrue millions of followers on all of their Instagram pages, including their kids’ pages @ariel_devir and @ethan_devir. Here are some of their incredible and hilariously relatable illustrations.

The Truth Hurts

It really is as they say, kids say the darndest things! While they don’t mean to be hurtful, kids will always say what’s on their minds without sugarcoating the truth. That was the case when Ariel, Maya and Devir’s daughter, told her mom that her yummy is “so soft!” While it might not be fun to hear, you can always count on kids to tell it like it is.
